Absentee Ballot Requests Members who want to receive an Absentee Ballot must contact UniLect Election Services' Ballot Request Call Center at (866)-466-6455, which operates 24/7 during the election period. Members must inform the operator that they are with IATSE Local 16 and provide their:
Absentee Ballots will be mailed to requesting members by UniLect Election Services within 1-2 business days of receiving the Absentee Ballot Request, beginning on February 26, 2025. The deadline to request an Absentee Ballot is 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
